T-Rex Capital Group, is a privately held real estate investment firm that was established in 1999 to capitalize on the inefficiencies in the United States real estate markets. T-Rex is comprised of both institutional and individual investors with key executives averaging over 25 years of experience with over $7 billion of investing and development experience. T-Rex is actively engaged in acquiring and developing properties in order to enhance their value through effective management and financial engineering.
T-Rex initially targeted the early telecommunication real estate markets. After successfully merging with a public telecommunication company in 2000, T-Rex subsequently took itself private again in 2002. Being private has enabled T-Rex to focus on investing in public and private debt and equity and developing real estate throughout the United States.
T-Rex's extensive experience as owners, operators, and investors of all real estate asset classes enables the company to exploit inefficiencies in the United States real estate markets as they emerge.
T-Rex actively pursues a proactive, hands-on management approach as a central component of the success of its investment program. - Deterioration of the facility's market position
